I always order through their mobile app, which makes life easier for me as the consumer with high anxiety talking to people in restaurants, and I'm hoping it makes the workers life easier. They work really fast to get the food done, and it's always to perfection
My son and I love this place! Great food, reasonable prices, and my son loves the donuts :) Also they don’t have outrageous tipping options on the ordering pad.
I cannot overstate how great and fresh the food from Rise is. I typically do not like using a tablet in-store to order but their system works very well and there is always an employee nearby to answer questions. In this case, the electronic ordering leaves them to do what they do best which is make some AMAZING chicken and biscuits. All the food ingredients are incredibly fresh and you honestly get the sense that they care and take pride in what they do...and they should. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious and unlike any I've tried elsewhere (I think they use the same dough that they use for biscuits) and they always have great tasting donuts. The only negative I can say is that they stopped making my favourite type of donut and that if you are looking to eat there, the soda machine is currently out of service and only have bottles available. They open early (be aware they also close by 2pm) and it's likely the freshest, best food you'll find in the morning. The price is just right and the quality is consistent.
Excellent atmosphere and service. The food service employee could tell I needed help and kindly approached me help. She was very attentive to all of the customers that walked in. She let everyone know if they needed help to just let her know! How friendly and courteous!
Had an issue with my sandwich and I made a comment. The sandwich was immediately fixed and we were even given cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience, appreciated them trying to make it better asap! Great food as usual!
I regret not getting his name, but the young man who helped us during our first visit today (around 10 am) was so helpful, funny and kind. We appreciate the great customer service from him! We also enjoyed our biscuit sandwiches - the bacon, egg and cheese and the guacamole one were delicious! We’ll definitely be back again!
First time eat at a Rise establishment. Ohhh, how I wish you were in Kentucky!!!. Coffee was top-notch. The blueberry biscuit was all over my face from just cramming it into my mouth. Was a large biscuit, stayed together. Holy cow, was that good. Ordering was easy. Like how you can choose options on your sandwich. Was served quickly by very friendly staff. Clean and smelled great. Highly recommended
